Package Your Shoes
Place the unworn footwear back into its original shoebox and secure it inside a sturdy shipping bag or mailing box to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to Our Warehouse
Print your generated shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any Australia Post location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
